2 Non-Refundable Services
Certain services and circumstances are not eligible for refunds due to their nature and the resources committed to their delivery.
Services Not Eligible for Refund
Consulting hours already delivered, completed strategy documents, custom research reports, and services used beyond the 14-day evaluation period are generally not eligible for refund.
Additionally, refunds are not available for services where work has commenced based on client-approved project specifications, or where third-party costs have been incurred on behalf of the client.
